With 24/7 cable where you get the news as soon as someone lifts an eyebrow the wrong way, it's impossible for the print media to compete with nanosecond delivery. I still enjoy the print edition; however, it's just so easy to skim the news online or keep cable news within earshot that I'm afraid there is no going back. As I've said before, I think newspaper organizations should put their revenue into website news and do a print edition just a few times a week.
