… don’t waste everyone’s time. That’s the rule here at WAW, and that’s why today’s post will be short. This weekend was spent in a mad frenzy, emptying and cleaning one house while cluttering and messing another. (No coincidence between those two actions, by the way; the second house absorbed the contents of the first. And I couldn’t be happier.)

The result was that I paid little attention to current events. I didn’t even know the stock market on Friday had vaporized another huge chunk of of my retirement account until 48 hours after the event. For all I know, Hillary Clinton has also graciously conceded the presidential race to Barack Obama and offered her full, unconditional support.

Nah. I may have been in a news-free zone all weekend, but I know something that crazy could never have happened.
